We practise in accordance with the Brazilian Attorneys' Statute (Law 8,906/1994), the Bar's Code of Ethics and Discipline and the Federal Council's rules, including those on professional advertising.
Professional secrecy
All information received from clients is protected by attorney-client privilege and used only for the purpose of the engagement.
Independence and conflicts of interest
Before accepting a matter, we check for conflicts of interest. We do not represent parties with opposing interests in the same matter.
Transparency
Scope, responsibilities, fees and expenses are defined in writing before work begins, and clients are kept informed at each stage.
No guaranteed outcomes
We present risks and alternatives candidly. Legal practice is an obligation of means, and no result is guaranteed.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law, with restricted access and appropriate security measures.
Respect and integrity
We treat clients, colleagues, court staff, judges and opposing parties with respect and reject any form of discrimination or harassment.
Anti-corruption
We neither offer nor accept undue advantages and comply with anti-corruption law in all relationships.
